Location: Red Deer, AB
Length of Assignment: 6 months with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

What will you be doing?
* Develop and implement project execution plans to meet the project objectives, including scope definition, budget, schedule, execution strategies, resourcing and risk mitigation
* Promote and champion Responsible Care (Health, Safety and Environment) in all aspects of the project
* Plan for and secure internal and external resources to execute the project
* Manage project delivery and performance of all stakeholders; escalating issues as required
* Report on project performance
* Establish and maintain alignment and frequent communication with key stakeholders, especially project champions
* Develop and deliver effective presentations to various audiences including project teams, sponsors and key internal stakeholders

What do you bring to the job?
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology Diploma
* Minimum 5-7 years of direct project experience
* Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, organizational and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience in a role directly supporting an industrial manufacturing facility would be an asset
* Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be an asset
