Under minimal supervision, this position plans and implements research, including; usability studies, ethnographic field studies, eye tracking studies, competitive evaluations, participatory design sessions, focus groups, surveys, in-depth interviews, card sorting, gorilla usability tactics and/or similar approaches. Communicates data driven insights and recommendations in a persuasive manner to influence/drive decision-making and problem solving processes. Supports creative collaboration and business decision making internally, working with key stakeholders including design, IT, marketing, product development, and operations.


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing Research, Design Research, User Research, or related business discipline. Five (5) years’ experience in research, research techniques, creating and running various research methods, interpreting results and developing data-driven recommendations. Strong collaboration, communications and analytical skills. A directly related Master’s Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
